Crown has had close relations with the distributors, dealers, retailers & mechanics community since the company’s inception. To continue to foster this long-term relationship, Crown’s survey team regularly stays in touch with them either over the phone, or through formal and informal gatherings and meetings, where various issues pertaining to business are discussed.
Additionally, Crown’s survey team members pay regular visits to the mechanics to listen to their concerns and trouble-shoot problems in a prompt manner. Prioritizing the relationship, the company stays connected with the dealers by way of regular conventions held annually or biannually. We also frequently impart training to the dealer community so that business becomes easier and more efficient. In order to recognize outstanding achievers in the dealers’ network, Crown arranges excursion trips within and outside Pakistan, as an appreciation of the extraordinary performance of the dealers. This has included paragliding shows, festivals and many other galas in the past.
